Administrative Support - Customer Service Selangor

Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for reliable, accurate and good vendor correspondence in line with company’s strategy
    • Actively contact suppliers/vendors as part of the claim validation process
    • Ensuring timelines and KPIs are met
Requirements:
    • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Under Graduate Degree, Diploma or equivalent
    • Good command of English. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
    • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a team or individually under pressure and to deadlines
    • Good initiative and detail-oriented
    • Knowledge in Computer Skills (MS Office) would be an advantage
    • Candidate with Telemarketing/Credit Control experience is encouraged to apply
