Asst Mgr/Executive Bank CIMB



Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible to support the Manager of Retirement Services Marketing Unit, Business Development Department in all tasks relating to marketing activities to prospective clients/members of retirement schemes, which are administered by CIMB-Principal.  
 
Detailed Job Description:
  • Marketing support – assist in preparing proposals and marketing pitch and education materials to deliver our value proposition to prospective clients/members.
  • Assist in preparing education materials for prospective clients/members
  • Work closely with other relevant departments/unit to ensure client/members’ needs and interests are constantly served via efficient and effective delivery. They include Retirement Services Administration and Institutional Marketing. 
  • All relevant tasks as required by the Head of Department
 
Related skills:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, in both Bahasa & English. Other languages or dialects are added advantage.
  • Able to deal with people of all levels
  • Highly client oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and excellent MS Powerpoint working knowledge.
  • Organised and efficient and has multitasking ability
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Most importantly - a go getter.  

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • A qualification in CFP, RFP or ChFP – an added advantage
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in sales, marketing and clients servicing within a financial setting
