The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat is an integrated luxury wellness and spa resort in Tambun, 15 minutes from the city of Ipoh. Responsibilities:

To manage all websites – Hotel’s Internet Booking Engine, Online Travel Agents (B2C) and Wholesale/Travel Agents’ portal (B2B) for The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat and to foster a close working relationship with all OTA Market Managers.

Utilize OTA Extranets / B2B portals daily in updating rates, promotions/offers and inventory for The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat

To make sure all channels are loaded with approved rates, promotions/offers and inventory for a rolling 18 months

Work closely with Sales & Marketing Department in obtaining correct, up-to-date information, approved images and write-ups to be uploaded in all channels

To ensure rate parity in all booking channels at all times

Requirements:

Diploma in Hotel Management or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a Boutique/deluxe class hotel

Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, Hotel’s Internet Booking Engine, Online Travel Agent Extranet and B2B portals)

Excellent business communication skills

Knowledge of Opera Property Management System

3 years experience in the hotel industry in Front Office or Reservations is an added advantage
