Club Manager for Ruai Supperclub




Responsibilities:
  • Able to manage and oversee all aspects of the day to day operation and work as a team at all levels.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years experience at a Club/bar.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of beverages, liquours, wine and service
  • Capable of inventory management, back of house operations and dealing with authorities for licensing, etc.
  • Must have PR and marketing skills.
  • Creative.
  • Cost conscious.
  • Matured.
  • Self Motivated.
  • Enthusiastic.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
