Club Manager for Ruai Supperclub
Responsibilities:
- Able to manage and oversee all aspects of the day to day operation and work as a team at all levels.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years experience at a Club/bar.
- Excellent technical knowledge of beverages, liquours, wine and service
- Capable of inventory management, back of house operations and dealing with authorities for licensing, etc.
- Must have PR and marketing skills.
- Creative.
- Cost conscious.
- Matured.
- Self Motivated.
- Enthusiastic.
- Able to work under minimum supervision
