Account Executive Treasury / General Ledger

Responsibilities:
Treasury Functions
- Provide treasury operation support to designated countries of the company on timely basis in compliance with group policies and procedures.
- Management of cash receipts and disbursement, foreign exchange operations.
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecast.
- Perform daily cash management activities such as placement / funding
- Perform reconciliation for bank accounts and GL accounts that are assigned to Treasury.
- Assist in relationship management with banks and financial institutions.
- Recommend and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
GL Functions
- Maintaining general ledger
- Preparing monthly management report
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.
- Record transactions, processing journals, generate monthly reconciliations and reports.
- Assist in External and Internal audits.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working Experience in Shared Service environment is an added bonus
- Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie,Shah Alam.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
