Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of each department standard operation procedures and manage branch operation in compliance with it.
- Accountable for overall branch operation and administration matter.
- To strategize, implement and carry out action plans accordingly.
- To ensure branch budgets are achieved and to be profit oriented.
- To control and justify all expenses at branch and practice austerity measures to reduce on overhead cost.
- To ensure branch achieve excellent Customer Service Standard.
- Monitor, maintain and improve service quality levels.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures that will improve service and quality.
- Marketing and cross sell for overall products i.e. Personal Financing, Insurance Products, Credit Card, and other easy payment scheme offered by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline
- At least 8 years experience in related field, preferably from banking/financial institution sales background
- Good past sales achievement
- Preferably someone from the similar background i.e. managing a team of sales staff force
- Proven track record in developing and coaching high performance sales and service teams
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Has initiative, positive thinking, enthusiastic and analytic
- Willing to travel within Sarawak region territory (Kuching, Miri and Sibu)
