We are one of the hotel operators under Avillion Hotel Group that operates a chain of Hotels & Resorts is now looking for experience and capable, self motivated, energetic and career-driven candidates to fill the following position:



Responsibilities:

To manage and ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Front Office Department.
Maximization of Room Sales and Revenue for the Hotel.
To ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain awareness of all sales opportunities within the Hotel
To maintain a consistently high standard of customer service at all times. Attend to guest complaint(s) and resolve it efficiently and amicably thereby benefit both the hotel and the guest.
Take the responsibility to train, supervise, discipline, counsel and motivate subordinates of the Front Office Department.
Attend to Hotel inspection by Tour / Government / Corporate companies


Requirements:

Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management with at least one (1) year of working experience as Duty Manager in Hotel Industry
Candidates possess SPM with 3 years of working experience as Duty Manager will also be considered.
Possess strong leadership character with good interpersonal skills, result-oriented, innovative, resourceful and able to work independently.
Willing to work shift hour.
