Food Safety Manager
Selangor - Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:
Ensure the correct functioning of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in the factory, so as to guarantee Food Safety and Full Compliance of all the finished products.
Drive all the Food safety related activities in the factory and provide guidance to all factory teams in the implementation of Food safety and ISO 22000 requirements.
Assumes the role of the factory Document Controller to assist the Quality Assurance Manager in ensuring that the factory’s documents and records control procedures are fully in place at all times.
Supervise the correct functioning of the Compliance Monitoring Plans in the factory.
Ensure that the compliance requirements are correctly updated in the Compliance Monitoring Plan
Ensure that all compliance monitoring schemes are implemented
Review monitoring data for finished products, raw and packaging materials against the specified compliance requirements
Work with Application Group to close all compliance gaps
Ensure the factory’s document control system is fully in placed throughout the factory.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Food Technology/Food Science/Microbiology.
Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance from food manufacturing background is at an advantage.
Good knowledge in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles & application.
Have knowledge and experience in food safety audit
