Workforce Planning Executive at Siemens AG
- Maintenance of the customer database with the internal system.
- Update the customer database in case the data, components or software releases are changed during installation, service incident or modification.
- Preplan any preventive maintenance activities according to system specification , contractual conditions and customer requirements.
- Preplan any modification activities and coordinate parts ordering according to country quota together with Service Logistics.
- Receive on demand required installation data from project management.
- Preplan any installation activities and coordinate with project management.
- Generate weekly performance report and monthly development reports for management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in preferred field.
- Able to communicate well with good interpersonal skills.
- Competent and reliable.
- This is a 1 year contract position.
