Executive, Policy Servicing at Prudential
Responsibilities:
- Process insurance cases according to the set guidelines, rules and regulatory requirements.
- Manage daily operations by ensuring the set service standard and quality checks on work are adhered to.
- Support supervisor to continuously review processes, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback, and implement process improvements where appropriate.
Requirements:
- A recognized University Degree in any field.
- Customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills, positive attitude and excel under pressure.
- Self-motivated, love challenges and result oriented.
- Must be willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays if required.
- Must possess interest to work in an office based desk bound administration environment.
- Articulate and proficient in written and spoken English.
- Fresh graduates who possess interest for a career in Life Insurance Operations are encouraged to apply.
