Executive, Policy Servicing at Prudential



Responsibilities:
  • Process insurance cases according to the set guidelines, rules and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage daily operations by ensuring the set service standard and quality checks on work are adhered to.
  • Support supervisor to continuously review processes, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback, and implement process improvements where appropriate.

Requirements: 
  • A recognized University Degree in any field.
  • Customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills, positive attitude and excel under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, love challenges and result oriented.
  • Must be willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays if required.
  • Must possess interest to work in an office based desk bound administration environment.
  • Articulate and proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Fresh graduates who possess interest for a career in Life Insurance Operations are encouraged to apply.
